Whether it be classical dancing, folk dancing, dancing the waltz, cha-cha, or rhumba or even just shaking your body with music – dancing can be a great form of exercise for anyone. You can get bored of treadmills, of jogging but dancing will always be a delight and fun workout. I think there can be no form of exercise as exciting as dance workout. Dance gifts us a complete package of emotional, mental and physical fitness. It can soothingly add tranquility to your life. Dancing is a conversation between body and soul. For some people dancing is a passion, for some dancing is fun, and for some it is stress – buster! Surprised? But, yes! This is true, when you embrace yourself in the magical world of dance, nothing will bother you.
